Yes, we are. Airspy.US is what is known as a DBA, or Doing Business As name. We are a division of MCH Communications which is a Pennsylvania registered business that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We chose to use the DBA in order to better define the two divisions of the company. But, everything is legitimate, above board, and is on the books. It is perfectly normal for a business to have a division using a DBA. It’s much like the relationship between Xfinity and Comcast, but on a slightly smaller scale. Also, Comcast only has a B+ BBB rating.
